Bereavement support group to meet at Joslyn Senior Center

A new support group to help those navigating the loss of a loved one will begin in April at the Joslyn Senior Center. This program is specially designed for individuals aged 55+ and offers a safe space to share experiences, connect with others experiencing loss and find healing.

An introductory session to meet the chaplain, learn about the grief support process, and discover how individuals can benefit from the program will be held from 1-3 p.m. Tuesday, April 1. Weekly support group sessions will begin April 8 from 1-3 pm. Each session will focus on emotional recovery, personal growth, and honoring loved ones.
