Section 7213 of the Revenue and Taxation Code requires that the City post the following information regarding its Sales Tax Sharing Agreements. The Finance division performs the functions of administration, accounting and budgeting, payroll, accounts payable and accounts receivable. Development impact fees (DIF) are charged by local governments to defray all or a portion of the cost of public facilities related to the development project. In Redlands, development impact fees are collected at the time a building permit is issued for the purpose of mitigating the impacts caused by new development on the City’s infrastructure.
