The City’s Division of Innovation and Technology empowers departments across the organization by delivering secure, modern, and reliable digital services. Made up of both Information Technology and Geographic Information Systems (GIS) professionals, the division ensures that employees have the tools, data, and support needed to serve the community effectively.

The Information Technology team provides comprehensive internal support, including cybersecurity, network administration, database management, and application support, maintaining the infrastructure that keeps City operations running smoothly. GIS staff further enhance City services by managing spatial data and mapping solutions that inform planning, infrastructure, and public safety initiatives.
