Join us for a FREE wellness program to reduce anger, anxiety, stress and foster physical, mental & emotional well-being through Heartfulness meditation, relaxation and detoxification. The program also introduces micro practices & lifestyle tips for better personal & social development. Heartfulness is a simple and subtle practice of meditation that teaches us to dive deep into our heart, and be in a natural state of love, peace, and calmness. When practiced regularly, meditation helps us become in tune with our heart and develop the capacity to remain poised and balanced at all times.
