Records / Reports
Important Update Regarding Records Unit Hours:
Due to staffing shortages, the Records Unit will not be open to the public for the foreseeable future. We understand the importance of timely access to records and remain committed to providing service through alternative methods.
Members of the public may submit requests for police reports via email at reportrequest@redlandspolice.org. When submitting a request, please include a copy of your valid driver’s license to assist with processing.
Traffic accident reports can be obtained online through www.buycrash.com. Please allow approximately 4-6 weeks from the date of the accident for reports to become available on the website.
We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
For assistance, please contact us at (909) 798-7786 or by email at reportrequest@redlandspolice.org.
All emergency services are available 24/7, and as always, residents should dial 911 to report emergencies or (909) 798-7681 ext. 1 to speak to a member of the department regarding non-emergencies. Telephones with direct lines are located in front of the RPD Station (1270 W. Park Avenue) and Administrative Offices (30 Cajon Street). Online reporting should also be utilized when applicable.
