Police Education And Community Engagement (PEACE) Academy
Redlands Police Department believes that lasting community relationships are rooted in mutual understanding and open communication. To foster this connection, RPD proudly offers the Police Education and Community Engagement (PEACE) Program (formerly called the Citizen Informational Academy). This initiative is designed to maintain strong relationships between residents and law enforcement through education, dialogue, and meaningful interaction. Participants will have the opportunity to meet local officers and gain insight into the department’s structure, operations, and day-to-day responsibilities.
Who is Eligible to Participate?
- Must live or work in the City of Redlands
- 16 years of age or older
- No criminal record

There Is No Fee for Attending the Academy
Applicants are asked to commit to full attendance of all scheduled classes. At the conclusion, a graduation ceremony is held. Family and friends are welcome to attend.
