Administrative Citation Appeal Request Form

In the event that you wish to appeal an Administrative Citation issued by the City’s Code Enforcement Division, please take the following steps:

Administrative Citation Request for Hearing Form

• Complete and sign the request form
• Pay the fine in full
• Submit the form and proof of payment directly to the City Clerk’s office
