Bids and Requests for Proposal

In order to do business with the City, vendors are required to register with the Purchasing Division. The City’s Purchasing Online system enables vendors to register their company on the City’s vendor list under specific commodity and service codes. A user name and password will be created in order to gain login access. It is the sole responsibility of the vendor to manage their own information. Should your login be misplaced or forgotten, there is a link from the login screen to request this information be sent via email. Please allow at least 24 hours for a response.

Once registered, vendors will receive email notifications when a quote, bid, or proposal opportunity is posted within the commodity and/or service code registered for.
