FRO Basketball programs

The Frolich Sports Academy remains a leader in the sports industry by focusing on the three tiers necessary for our next-generation athletes: Spirit, body, and mind. The Frolich Sports Academy balances fundamental skill development with elite physical training and personal character development to help each participant strengthen their potential.

Time: First game starts at 9:00 AM, last game ends at 2:00 PM

Ages 7 – 10

Ages 11 – 14

The FRO Basketball program is an elite level training program utilizing a cutting edge basketball curriculum. FRO is designed to empower and strengthen basketball players in order to take their game to the next level.

Participants are required to bring comfortable athletic wear, closed-toed shoes, water/hydration fluids, and anything else necessary for their needs. Players are not required to bring their own ball or other equipment; these items are optional. Our instructors will provide equipment use.
