Join the City of Redlands for a free, family-friendly celebration of Hispanic heritage in the heart of Downtown. Stroll two blocks of State Street lined with gleaming classic vehicles, enjoy live cultural performances at Ed Hales Park, and savor authentic food from local trucks — all while supporting our Downtown business community.

🚗 Classic Car Show

State Street from Orange to 6th closes to traffic and fills with classic vehicles — a rolling showcase of craftsmanship and culture.

💃 Live Entertainment

Aztec dancers, Ballet Folklórico, and a live band on the Ed Hales Park stage, broadcast throughout Downtown.

🌮 Food & Culture

Authentic food trucks along 5th Street plus cultural and community resource booths surrounding the park.

Classic vehicles only. One entry fee per vehicle. Entry includes your reserved display space on State Street. Vehicles must fit within a standard parking space — entries are lined up along State Street in marked parking spaces.

Good to know: Vehicle load-in begins at 9:00 AM. Your assigned display space will be emailed to registered entrants ahead of the event. All participants may be asked to sign a City liability waiver at check-in.

Day-of Schedule

Event runs 10:00 AM – 4:00 PM. Full performance lineup announced closer to the date.

9:00 AM — Vehicle load-in begins for registered car show entrants
10:00 AM — Car show opens on State Street; booths & food trucks open
Midday — Cultural performances begin at the Ed Hales Park stage (Aztec dance, Ballet Folklórico)
Afternoon — Live band performance
4:00 PM — Event concludes

Getting There & Parking

Location

Downtown Redlands — State Street (Orange St to 6th St) and Ed Hales Park. Food trucks along 5th Street adjacent to the park.

Parking & the Morning Market

The Downtown Morning Market runs the same morning (7–11 AM) in the lot off Redlands Blvd & 5th St. That lot reopens to public parking once the market closes. Please use public Downtown parking and leave nearby business lots for their customers.

How much does it cost to attend?
Attending is free and open to the public. The $25 fee applies only to registering a vehicle in the classic car show.
What kinds of vehicles can enter the car show?
The State Street show is for classic vehicles only. When you register, you’ll pick the category that best fits your vehicle: Lowrider, Bomb/Traditional, Classic/Original, Muscle, Truck, Motorcycle, or Special Interest. Vehicles must fit within a standard parking space, since entries are lined up along State Street in marked parking spaces.
How do I register my car?
Register online through the City’s ActiveNet system using the “Register on ActiveNet” button above. Entry is $25 per vehicle and space is limited to 65 vehicles, so early registration is encouraged.
Is there a limit on how many cars can enter?
Yes — registration is capped at 65 vehicles. Once the 65 spots are filled, registration will close.
When do participating vehicles arrive?
Vehicle load-in begins at 9:00 AM. Your assigned display space will be sent by email to registered entrants before the event. Vehicles remain in place for the duration of the show.
Will there be food and entertainment?
Yes. Food trucks featuring authentic offerings will be located along 5th Street next to Ed Hales Park, and the park stage will feature Aztec dancers, Ballet Folklórico, and live music.
I own a Downtown business — how can we take part?
We’d love your participation! Businesses are encouraged to offer day-of specials or promotions. Contact the Recreation office to be highlighted in event promotions.
