Household Hazardous Waste site to close for Fourth of July

The City of Redlands Household and Electronic Hazardous Waste Drop-Off facility will be closed on Saturday, July 4, for Independence Day. Normal hours for the site, Saturdays from 7:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m., will resume on July 11.

The Household Hazardous Waste site is located at 500 Kansas St. and is operated by the County of San Bernardino Fire Protection District Household Hazardous Waste Division staff.

During operating hours, residents can dispose of household materials including e-waste, outdated prescription medication (with the exception of controlled substances), outdated pet prescription medication, paint products, chemical cleaners, pesticides, fertilizers, hobby/pool supplies, automotive oil, filters, brake fluid, transmission fluid, anti-freeze, gasoline, and propane tanks.
