In compliance with Senate Bill 827, effective January 1, 2026, the following designated positions are required to complete a two-hour Fiscal and Financial Training Course every two years. (See Resolution No. 8754 below) Training Certificates are available at the City Clerk’s Office at 35 Cajon Street, Suite 4, Redlands, CA or online through NetFile

The following Elected Officials and designated filers report Statements of Economic Interests – Form 700 under the Statements of Economic Interests. The Form 700s are available to view at the City Clerk’s Office, 35 Cajon Street, Suite 4, Redlands, CA or online at the Fair Political Practices Commission (FPPC) website or through NetFile

• City Council Members
• City Manager
• City Attorney
• City Treasurer
• Planning Commissioners
• Designated City Employees

The City Clerk files a Statement of Economic Interests (Form 700) which is available to view at the City’s Clerk Office. City Clerks are not required to file with the FPPC.
