Yoga For Everybody

Instructor: Angela Andorio
Age Group: 12 and older (no experience needed, willingness to participate, and an open mind)
Schedule: Wednesday, 7:30–8:30 PM 
Fee: $15 per drop-in or monthly rate (Varies per month)
Description: Yoga for Everybody is the perfect midweek over-the-humpday health and wellness plan. Angela is a skilled and experienced hatha Yoga instructor who will guide you through centering, breathwork, and warm-ups to prepare your body for slow movements with your breath, relaxing postures, and stretching. Great for beginners, people who want to feel good in their bodies, and who desire to increase flexibility and decrease stress.
Additional Information: Quiet, self-entertained kids are welcome to accompany parents (Wi-Fi available for tablet use with headphones), at the teacher’s discretion. Please let me know ahead of time if your children will attend. Please bring a yoga mat, water, blocks, a strap, and any other props to help you feel comfortable for stretching and movement. Appropriate for beginners.

If the minimum enrollment of 5 isn’t met, the instructor reserves the right to cancel the class at the start of the month

Yoga Make and Take Self Care event

Schedule: Jul 11, 2026 | 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM
Fee:$40/pp or bring a friend/family member for $60
Description: Treat yourself to a refreshing Self-Care Day focused on movement, mindful breathing, and staying cool this summer. Enjoy a calming Yin Yoga session paired with breathwork to relax both body and mind. Then get hands-on and create your own take-home product—choose between a cooling body mist or a soothing bath/foot soak.
Additional Information:  Please bring a yoga mat, water, blocks, a strap, and any other props to help you feel comfortable for stretching and movement. Appropriate for beginners.
