Age Group: 12 and older (no experience needed, willingness to participate and an open mind)
Schedule: Wednesday, 7:30–8:30 PM (Start: October 1, End: Dec 17, Skip: Oct 15, Nov 26, Dec 24, 31)
Fee: $15 per drop-in or $40 monthly rate (Oct, Nov, Dec each have 3 meeting dates)
Description: Yoga for Everybody is the perfect midweek over the hump day health and wellness plan. Angela is a skilled and experienced hatha Yoga instructor that will guide you through centering, breathwork and warm-ups to prepare your body for slow movements with breath and relaxing postures and stretching. Great for beginners, people who want to feel good in their bodies and who desire to increase flexibility and decrease stress.
Additional Information: Quiet and self-entertained kids are welcome to accompany parents (wifi available for use of tablets with headphones). Up to the discretion of the teacher, please let me know ahead of time if your children will attend. Please bring a yoga mat, water, blocks, strap and any other props to make yourself comfortable for stretching and movement. Appropriate for beginners.
