City Council Meetings are held on the 1st and 3rd Tuesday of every month with Closed Session at 5:00 p.m. and Open Session at 6:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers located at 35 Cajon Street, Suite 2, Redlands, CA 92373

Make a public comment in person, via zoom, phone call (via zoom), or in writing (email)
- Attend the meeting in-person
- Fill out a public speaker form (not required). All persons may attend this meeting regardless of whether a person signs, registers, or completes this form. (Government Code Section 54953.3). The purpose of this form is to aid staff in compiling complete and accurate records; however this form will become part of the public record. In accordance with the California Public Records Act, any information you provide will be available to the public. You may elect not to include your address and telephone number.

Purpose:
Regular meetings provide a forum for the Council to review staff reports, receive public input, and deliberate on items before making informed decisions.
The public in encouraged to be part of the process by participating in public comment in general and on each agenda item. Individuals wishing to speak will be provided three (3) minutes to talk.
In accordance with the Brown Act, all agendas are posted in the City Clerk’s Office (35 Cajon Street, Suite 4, Redlands) and on the City’s Website at least 72 hours in advance of the meeting.
All documents concerning open session agenda items are available for public inspection at the Office of the City Clerk (35 Cajon Street, Suite 4), A.K. Smiley Library (125 W. Vine Street) and on the City’s website below.

- Invocation, pledge of allegiance, and presentations will commence
- Any decisions from the closed session will be announced

- The rest of the agenda will be presented, discussed, and public comment taken per item
- The council will report their activities from previous weeks
- The Mayor will close the meeting and adjourn to the next meeting
